Supervision + Peer Review & Reflections
Professionally facilitated supervision session. Deepen reflective practice, ethical reasoning, and personal mastery as a coach. Peer review and shared reflections.
Session 3 · Month 3
Grow your Practice Topic + Coaching practicum, peer feedback & reflections
Practice-focused session. Topics may include building your client pipeline, positioning, pricing, or referrals. Followed by live coaching practice and peer feedback.
Session 4 · Month 4
Grow your Craft topic + Guest Speaker
Member-led learning topic — e.g. AI in coaching, values, or frameworks. Guest speaker session featuring an expert from the broader coaching or professional development world.

Supervision + Peer Review & Reflections
Supervised group session deepening psychological safety and reflective practice. Peer review and shared reflections on progress to date.

Second practice-focused session. Topics may include marketing for coaches, credentialling strategy, or partnerships. Coaching rotation with peer feedback.

Mid-year check-in focused on identity, presence, and growth as a coaching professional. Coaching practicum with structured peer feedback and reflections.

Member-led craft learning topic — e.g. Spiral Dynamics, Immunity to Change, presence in coaching. Coaching rotation with structured peer feedback.

Supervision + Peer Review & Reflections
Fourth supervision session. Focused on identity and growth as a coaching professional. Peer reflections and integration ahead of the year-end close.

Coaching practicum, peer feedback & reflections + Grow Yourself + Year-end Review & Closing
What went well. What you learned. Where you're headed. Final coaching practicum. Each member shares one commitment for the year ahead. Celebration of the circle.
